1200 aluminum alloy for industrial pure aluminum, with high plasticity, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, but low strength, heat treatment can not be strengthened, mach-inability is not good.
1200 Pure aluminum treatment specification:
1. Rapid annealing: heating temperature 350~410℃;
With the difference of the effective thickness of the material, the insulation time is between 30 and 120min. Air or water cooling.
2. High temperature annealing: heating temperature 350~500℃; When the thickness of finished product is ≥6mm, the insulation time is 10-30min, when < 6mm, the heat through until;
Air cooling.
3. Low temperature annealing: heating temperature 150~250℃; The holding time is 2~3h.Air or water cooling.
