Aluminum ingot is produced with alumina - cryolite by electrolysis.
Al99.9 as 10kg or 15kg as one per,the smallest Aluminum particles block as sample is 1kg.
Productive process:
1.The pure aluminum ingots are melted in the gas furnace and returned to the furnace for 3-8 hours.
2.Pour the liquid aluminum into the mold.
3.The aluminum water is drained from the refractory trough to the slag outlet.
4.The liquid aluminum flows into a moving trolley above the slag outlet, and the impurities are filtered out in a special tank.
The mold is cooled by water to accelerate the solidification of aluminum water, and the aluminum ingots are removed from the mold .
